Thank you for your interest in the inaugural AniPop! The debut of AniPop will be taking place on Saturday, May 3, and Sunday, May 4, 2025, at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido!
AniPop vendor booths will be 8 feet x 10 feet and include one table and two chairs to all vendors. Vendors will be placed indoor. There is very limited space, so we will be limiting the number of total vendors.
The vendor booth INTEREST LIST is now closed - but you can still sign up for the waitlist! The standard booths included one 6 feet table and two chairs in an 10 feet x 8 feet space for $450, as well as two 3-day passes. Vendors needing a double space will pay $900. Vendors may also choose the DELUXE Vendor option, which allows you to choose your space, among other benefits.
General rules and regulations for AniPop Vendors
Interest list is now closed, but you can still sign up for the waitlist. Chosen artists will be alerted by or before March 15, 2025. Vendor and artist information will be sent mid April 2025. Any request for refunds prior to April 1st will be 50% of total fees paid. There are no full refunds after April 1st, unless event is cancelled. The AniPop Committee (APC) reserves the right to change or substitute vendor/artist layout and to limit vendors of similar items.The APC reserves the right to change or substitute vendor/artist layout and to limit vendors of similar items.Vendor/artist indemnifies and agrees to hold the APC, Silk Road Productions, and the California Center for the Arts, any associated agencies affiliated with the convention and their members, officers, directors, and employees, harmless against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any claim made against AniPop or loss incurred by vendor/artist as a result of or in any way arising from, relating to, or connected with the obligations identified within Agreement including loss or liability caused by active negligence, except loss or liability caused by sole negligence or willful conduct.
