Thank you for your interest in the inaugural AniPop! The debut of AniPop will be taking place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido!
AniPop vendor booth spaces will be 10 feet x 8 feet and include one 6-feet table and two chairs to all vendors. Vendors may bring additional tables, displays, racks, shelves, etc, so long as it does not exceed the allotted space nor intrude or encroach on your neighbor's space. Vendors will be placed indoor. There is very limited space, so we will be limiting the number of total vendors. Additional tables have a cost, so feel free to bring your own extra tables!
The vendor booth INTEREST LIST is now open! The standard booths included one 6-feet table and two chairs in a 10 feet x 8 feet space for $275, as well as two passes. Vendors may also choose the DELUXE Vendor option, which allows you to choose your space, as well as four passes. Deluxe booths are $350. Interest list does NOT guarantee acceptance into the event.
General rules and regulations for AniPop Vendors
Interest list is now open, so sign up now! Chosen vendors and artists will be alerted by or before March 15, 2026. Vendor and artist information will be sent two weeks before the event. Any request for refunds prior to May 1st will be 50% of total fees paid. There are no refunds after May 1st, unless event is cancelled. The AniPop Committee (APC) reserves the right to change or substitute vendor/artist layout and to limit vendors of similar items.The APC reserves the right to change or substitute vendor/artist layout and to limit vendors of similar items. Vendor and artist directives with load in and set up instructions will be sent a week before the event.Vendor/artist indemnifies and agrees to hold the APC, Silk Road Productions, and the California Center for the Arts, any associated agencies affiliated with the convention and their members, officers, directors, and employees, harmless against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any claim made against AniPop or loss incurred by vendor/artist as a result of or in any way arising from, relating to, or connected with the obligations identified within Agreement including loss or liability caused by active negligence, except loss or liability caused by sole negligence or willful conduct.
